Bacon Pancakes
I've just
discovered my new favorite breakfast!
After much
experimenting with a wide variety of recipes, this is my hands down
favorite;
1 cup Krustease
pancake mix. (Not white flour)
1 sprinkle of
bacon bits. (Preferably not the dog treat kind.)
½ can of Pabst
Blue Ribbon (PBR) beer. Stir well.
Fry in a cast
iron skillet, add butter, and top off with 2 over easy eggs and 2
slices of bacon..
Wash it down
with the rest of the PBR.
Enjoy!
